       Available 24/7, you can ask for a doctor to visit you at home if needed for a 25 NIS fee per visit.
       This is for visits not related to the Corona virus.

For employees with private policy with Menora health insurance:

       You can call 7 days a week and schedule an appointment with a family doctor or specialist.

 

• Harel online service 1-800-414-422

       Available 24/7 and can help you locate medical services, provide approval for hospital treatment and give general         info about insurance eligibility.

 

• Request a doctor home visit 1-800-260-660 or 03-7547020 

       For this service, you’ll need your policy number and HMO card number (if you don’t know this information please           send a mail to payroll@wix.com).
